Returns
We accept returns within 5 days of the original delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them.
Items must be in the original packaging with tags attached (if applicable).
Order number is required.
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
Gift cards
Final sale or clearance items
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work quickly to resolve it.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
